From the North: Coming from Glasgow/Ayr way, the easiest way is to follow the A77 down. Stranraer is not served by a motorway so this winding A-Road does the Job. Bit of a trek and the road does get a bit Winding but Generally people coming from the North Use this Road.
From the South: From the South, try and approach from the M6. Get to the end and Follow signs for the M74 Motorway, Take Jn 1 looking for signs saying Gretna & Dumfries on the A77. When on the A75 its pretty much straight road give or take the many roundabouts by the Dumfries By-Pass. Follow the A75 right in and you wil end up on London Road. When on London Road you will come across Stair Park on the left.
From the East: When approaching from the east head for the A75 its pretty much straight road give or take the many roundabouts by the Dumfries By-Pass. Follow the A75 right in and you wil end up on London Road. When on London Road you will come across Stair Park on the left.
From the West: If your coming in from the West you must be coming in by boat!!
General: Once you get to Stranraer, Finding Stair Park is relatively easy. You can also get the train from Glasgow central, there are trains around 8.30 am and also 11.42 on Saturdays.
